When Parry and Sami built GlimpzIt they concluded that the key to healthy growth is customer retention. To borrow from the Rapa Nui concept of Tingo, they didn’t want to wake up one day and find their house empty...​

By speaking with other SaaS leaders, Parry and Sami learned that retaining and expanding customers is a challenge that is not so easily solved. In fact, this was a problem perfectly suited to their AI expertise. If solved, the entire SaaS world would be able to say “no” to Tingo. And so, the idea of Tingono was born.
